We are hosting a dinner party with our friend, Chef George Sabatino. George, who currently serves as the Culinary Director for Safran Turney Hospitality, has been a friend of Primal since the days of his restaurant Aldine in Rittenhouse. He once took Heather and several dry-age beef loins to a collaborative chef dinner at Cure in Pittsburgh, and now they have matching ham tattoos. We are fired up to host him for an evening.

Ticket price is per guest and includes hospitality fee and beverage pairings. Accommodations for dietary restrictions will be limited.
