Class: Sausage Making, Thursday March 19th

Learn to make sausage! This hands-on class will teach you about using spices, mixing, grinding, stuffing and cooking. We’ll share the recipes for some of our signature sausages and you’ll take home some links of your own.

Light food and beverages will be served. Attendees will take home sausage made in the class to cook at home.
