Learn all about butchering and cooking beef! This is a demo-style class that will cover beef anatomy, butchery, and cooking techniques. You’ll learn about breaking down beef primals into cuts for cooking. You’ll also learn best practices for cooking steaks, roasting, and braising. Attendees will sample cuts we’ll cook, and also take home cuts to cook and taste on your own.
