Learn to make hot dogs! This hands-on class will cover techniques for emulsified sausages, with a focus on our favorite–hot dogs! While experience is not required, this class is perfect for anyone who has taken our intro sausage making class or has experience making sausage. We will cover mixing, stuffing, and cooking. Attendees will take home recipes as well as some of our house-made wieners.
