We are hosting an extra meaty dinner party with Chef Justin Severino. A chef and skilled whole animal butcher who has received multiple James Beard nominations and many accolades as chef-owner of restaurants Morcilla and Cure in Pittsburgh, Justin is also the founder of Salty Pork Bits, an artisanal salumi company with monthly mail-order subscription packages and a brick-and-mortar storefront in Pittsburgh’s Strip District neighborhood.

Heather met Justin several years ago in Pittsburgh where she was awed by the beauty of his curing room. The two bonded over a love of whole animal butchery and have since dreamed of hosting a collaborative event in Philadelphia. Join us for a very special evening of a charcuterie and butchery, Heather and Justin will host a whole hog butchery duet followed by a multi-course meal prepared in collaboration with Chefs Damon Menapace and George Sabatino. And yes, there will be Salty Pork Bits.

Ticket price is per guest and includes hospitality fee and beverage pairings. Accommodations for dietary restrictions will be limited.
